Responsible for preparation of ingredients for French dishes according to the requirements of the Head Chef
Responsible for production of various food items for sale in the cafe

You may be involved in the preparation and cooking of cafe style food
Must be able to make decisions quickly and stay customer focused
Must enforce proper steps to ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
