This company is one of New Zealand's oldest property development companies, having successfully operated throughout the country for over 50 + years. The Group remains active in developing land and are currently focused on development in the Auckland area, as well as, the Far North District, Bay Of Plenty, Taupo, Wellington and Christchurch.

The Role

This particular role is for an experienced Construction Manager/Project Director it requires you to oversee the subdivision work carried out on its development projects. You will join a small but efficient and collaborative team, this role is reporting to the Chief Executive. This team prides itself on teamwork and collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of all projects.

Some of your duties but not limited to:
Preparation of contract documents
Management of the overall construction programme
Negotiating Contracts & Construction programmes
Management of Quality Assurance for site works
Management of In-house Project Engineers & Development managers
Processing and managing monthly payment claims and ongoing cost budgets
To be successful

To be successful, you will have the relevant project management experience working on large civil construction projects, experience working on NZ subdivisions and land development projects.
Registered Engineer
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
Confident and capable communication
Experience working with Engineers and local authorities
Passionate about Land Development Engineering
Ability to build and maintaining relationships
