• Crisis team
• Forensic Service
• Adult Community
• Child and Adolescent

These team roles are suited to applicants with an eye for detail, a mature, friendly, no-fuss style, and a proactive approach to work. You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary clinical steps are taken to assist clients in achieving optimal health, wellbeing, and safety through appropriate assessment, intervention, and education.

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold Fellowship of the RANZCP or equivalent and are able to register for specialist registration with the MCNZ
• Have relevant training and experience
• Possess a current driver's license

Our Organisation

The Mental Health, Addiction and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS) spans three DHBs - Wairarapa, Hutt Valley, and Capital and Coast DHB’s. It includes local, regional, and national services, provided from multiple sites within the 3 DHB sub-region—greater Wellington, Hutt Valley, and Wairarapa. The Te Korowai Whariki services include regional forensic and rehabilitation services covering the Central region, while the intellectual disability services extend across the country from bases in Whangarei, Auckland, Cambridge, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin.
