We are looking for Business Consultants to join our team. You will work closely with our clients, analyse different approaches, evaluate solutions, and utilize the best method to meet our client’s requirement efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist client’s in defining their business requirements.
Support clients with their business issues and business improvements.
Utilise your skills to perform gap analysis between customer’s requirements and the capabilities of the Technology One software.
Assess, strategize, and manage deployments within the business applications team.
Design, Implement and deliver solutions to help optimise their business functions and enhance their experiences.
Create change requests where enhancements are required.
Work with resources to ensure the client is maximizing the value from their Technology One system.
Contribute to the enhancement of in-house delivery methodologies.
Help our clients to Simplify, Optimize and Modernize their business applications.
Working Conditions
Employment Type – Permanent full time and part time
Office Location – Can be performed from anywhere in New Zealand
Travel Opportunities – Occasional business travel
What will make you successful in this role?
2 + years’ Technology One Consulting experience or similar experience as a user.
2+ years’ experience in the design and implementation of business systems, specifically Technology One Core Enterprise Suite (CES), CI and CIA knowledge is a must.
Technology One Financials, HRP, or Property and Rating Skills is highly preferred.
Experience and knowledge of documenting functional specifications and requirements artefacts.
Experience in analysing customer’s requirements, understanding their needs, and advising them on how best to leverage their software investment.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
Ability to work closely with, and to build strong relationships with our clients.
Technology One technical skills are preferred, such as XLOne Reporting, BPA’s.
Confidence in delivering face-to-face or remote customer training to the broader audience.
Ability to work within a team and build lasting relationships with our clients.

Efficient verbal and written communication skills.
Drive for continuous improvement.
Tertiary qualification in any related field.
