Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Consultant General Physician to join healthcare facilities in the picturesque South Island of New Zealand.

As a Consultant General Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive medical care to patients, diagnosing, and managing a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.

Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience and expertise in general medical practice, including acute and chronic disease management and contribute to advanced care of the acute inpatients and outpatients in the region.

Have subspecialty interests; however, all areas will be considered.

Hold Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians or equivalent.

Be eligible for an Annual Practising Certificate and vocational scope of Internal Medicine with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

$185,000 - $268,000 Base salary + allowances for job size, on call and availability.
