This is an exciting time to join the business while we review our Global Contact Centre network.As a permanent full time Consultant in our Auckland Contact Centre, you will be providing excellent customer service by responding to inbound calls, assisting with bookings and managing existing reservations via a multichannel offering. You will assist in looking after the travel needs of over 36 million passengers each year, recognizing our customers as individuals in a way that adds value for both the customer and the business.
