Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end UX/UI design for digital logistics solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to deliver seamless user experiences
Translate complex B2 B logistics requirements into clear, actionable design solutions
Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met across all platforms
Mentor and support junior designers in UX/UI best practices
Present design concepts and rationale to internal and external stakeholders
Skills And Requirements
Proven experience designing complex B2 B digital products, preferably in logistics or supply chain environments
Advanced proficiency in Figma or similar design tools
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI expertise for web and mobile applications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, multidisciplinary teams
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high‑quality work within deadlines
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
