Your mission is to sell exhibitor sites across our diverse portfolio, helping us deliver unmissable experiences. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring they have a seamless and rewarding experience from start to finish. HOW YOU'LL DO IT: Sales Excellence: Meet quarterly sales targets through phone, email, and in-person pitches. You’ll lead the sales approach for selected events, maintaining consistent sales across all. Client Relationship Management: Develop a solid database of exhibitors, nurture productive relationships, and maximize repeat business through stellar customer service. Event Support: Attend selected events across the country, helping with setup and client management on-site, ensuring every exhibitor and attendee enjoys a positive experience. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor events to spot new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. ABOUT YOU: You’ll bring 1-2 years of sales experience, thrive on cold calling, and are motivated to reach ambitious goals. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach, you're organised, adaptable, and ready to make an impact. As a tech-savvy, solutions-oriented team player, you balance multitasking with a commitment to excellence.
