OSF Digital is a digital transformational specialist and leading global commerce solutions organisation. With a tight-knit, multi-cultural team of over 1,000 employees and 38 global offices, we have defined ourselves by delivering complex, high-profile projects for some of the world's biggest brands (L'Oreal, Coca-Cola, and Deutsche Bank to name a few). Here in NZ, we focus on Salesforce and B2B, which includes much-loved brands - The Warehouse Group, Foodstuffs, and Fisher & Paykel amongst others.

Whether we are doing core cloud projects or more intricate and specialised CPQ and B2B, we are known within the industry as being exceptional at delivery. We have been fortunate enough to have picked up some fabulous awards both in NZ and on a global level and are one of the few businesses invested in directly by Salesforce itself.

We have some exciting growth plans ahead and are looking continually at building out our teams of highly skilled Salesforce Consultants.

Our talented Technical Consultants participate across the entire development lifecycle, from planning to maintenance, providing excellent technical solutions to our clients. They are responsible for the design, coding, testing, implementation, support and maintenance of Salesforce Solutions to meet our client’s objectives.

What will you bring:

A genuine passion for the capabilities of the Salesforce product.
Flexibility to work with multiple delivery methodologies.
Hands-on development skills using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning with UI skills being a benefit.
Technical expertise to deliver Salesforce solutions and integrations across projects, keeping our clients’ needs at the forefront of your mind.
Ability to work closely with different teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and design, delivering high quality solutions inspired by Salesforce best practices.
High level of initiative, ownership and relative autonomy, leading projects and teams with ease and professionalism.
Ability to analyse complex commercial objectives and processes to create technical design documents, guidelines and policies which deliver tangible value to clients.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills and a strong results-driven approach.

Why you might like to meet us:

Our team describes us as collaborative and supportive with an open culture that celebrates success.
We are known for setting the pace with a high-performance culture and some of the top talent in the country, whilst providing a structured career path that allows for people to develop and grow.
Our team on the ground in NZ love working here. Testament to this fact is our low turnover and status as an Employer of Choice.
Despite being in 38 countries, we have a culturally flat structure that encourages horizontal communication that breaks down barriers, be they geographical, hierarchical or language.
Our leadership team are hands-on working in the business. That means that you have direct access to decision-makers and the opportunity to make a difference and have a voice.
We want our people to be healthy and happy, so we offer perks and benefits to support this – from health insurance through to targeted well-being initiatives.
Social events, celebrating achievements, being part of a family of people who love what they do.
Have I said we are an award-winning practice? In NZ between 2019 & 2020 we have won three awards: (2020) Salesforce APAC Partner of the Year award, (2020) HRD Employer of Choice awards, and (2019) Salesforce Partner Innovation - B2B Commerce award.

If you are looking for a challenging role that will give you exposure to a range of projects and clients and a great group of people to work with, look no further!

We would like to hear from you.

A consultant (from Latin: consultare "to deliberate") is a professional who provides expert advice in a particular area such as security (electronic or physical), management, education, accountancy, law, human resources, marketing (and public relations), finance, engineering, science or any of many other specialized fields. A consultant is usually an expert or an experienced professional in a specific field and has a wide knowledge of the subject matter. The role of consultant outside the medical sphere (where the term is used specifically for a grade of doctor) can fall under one of two general categories: Internal consultant: someone who operates within an organization but is available to be consulted on areas of their specialization by other departments or individuals (acting as clients); or External consultant: someone who is employed externally to the client (either by a consulting firm or some other agency) whose expertise is provided on a temporary basis, usually for a fee. Consulting firms range in size from sole proprietorships consisting of a single consultant, small businesses consisting of a small number of consultants, to mid- to large consulting firms, which in some cases are multinational corporations. This type of consultant generally engages with multiple and changing clients, which are typically companies, non-profit organizations, or governments.
