* Position: Contracts Manager * Location: Taupo * Type: Full-time, Permanent ***About the Role: As a Contracts Manager your main responsibilities involve efficient resource scheduling, administrative tasks, and accounting support. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Lead to ensure that our department has the necessary resources to meet stakeholder needs and internal requirements. *** Who We're Looking For: We are seeking individuals who are eager to learn and grow, value teamwork, and exhibit a positive, can-do attitude. Effective communication skills, trustworthiness, and loyalty are essential qualities in our team. You'll work closely with others in a buddy system for most tasks, so being a team player is important. *** Requirements: * At least 3 years of experience in Contracts management. * Proficiency in written and verbal communication. * Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft and accounting software. * Experience with accounting software packages. * Preferred experience with council contracts and infrastructure, especially in storm water drainage. * Strong attention to detail. * Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
