To find out more, visit RoleThe Versatile Christchurch Branch is looking for a new permanent Contracts Manager with substantial experience in the building and construction industry. Reporting to the Versatile Christchurch Branch Manager, you will manage, oversee, and deliver Versatile buildings (garages, farm buildings, sleepouts, and carports) and homes contracts in assistance with the Versatile Christchurch Contracts and Sales Management Team. Your Skills And Experiences You will be highly organised and have proven experience managing and delivering successful contracts and projects within the building industry, with a focus on quality project management systems and efficiencies. Your extensive understanding of the building industry and build processes will allow you to be the 'go-to person' regarding all aspects of the building process to assist in broadening the building knowledge base of colleagues with less direct experience. You will have excellent relationship management skills for managing customers, as well as liaising with other stakeholders such as suppliers, procurement, design teams, contracts management and on-site build teams.
