Safety cum Environmental Control Officer To take charge of the construction job site safety and environmental matters.
Identify and assess any foreseeable risk at the construction job site.
Recommend measures to eliminate and foreseeable risk at construction job site.
Recommend safe work procedures to control risk at construction job site.
Lead safety and site inspections to ensure compliance with government regulations.
Lead periodic environmental inspections.
Check and ensure that the sub-contractors and workers are complying to safety procedures and requirements set.
Responsible for investigation of site incidents/accidents.
Plan and conduct safety trainings for workers.
Ensure proper housekeeping is in place for safe and tidy job sites.
Assist Project Manager in implementation of ad-hoc Safety related matters on site.
Job Requirements: Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM.
Registered Environmental Control Officer with NEA.
