We are seeking a talented individual to join our Fiduciary Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Auckland. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Coordinator Insurance Operations will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative and technical support, ensuring the efficient processing of complex documents, and contributing to the overall success of the Operations team.

We will count on you to:

  • Deliver accurate, efficient, and timely administration and technical support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents and information, including report preparation.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of relevant insurance and related legislation to strengthen established relationships.
  • Analyse and work with data to support operational objectives.
  • Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and business objectives.
  • Develop effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • What you need to have:

  • Experience in client service or administration.
  • A professional manner and the confidence to work in a corporate environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
