You should have a high level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, and relevant accounting software is a bonus for creating and reconciling orders, but full training will be provided until you are confident in the role. To be considered for this role, you will have: Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to listen, inquire, and ascertain customer needs and expectations. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. A strong willingness to learn about the furniture e-commerce industry. Strong communication and rapport-building skills. Confidence in learning new digital platforms and being tech-savvy.
