About the role Here is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to support the dynamic Starship Simulation Programme and wider team. In this varied role, you will support a team of clinicians and educators including Our Medical faculty, Nurse Educators, and our Simulation Technician. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day administration, including course prep, documentation, data entry, communication with stakeholders, travel coordination, and general clerical tasks. This role will be based at Starship Child Health, Grafton, Auckland. Given it’s a permanent part-time position of 20 hours per week, it will suit someone who is looking for flexible work options. We are now seeking an enthusiastic and capable administrator to help coordinate this essential service. About you Ideally, you will bring: A proactive and professional attitude2+ years of administrative or customer service experience Excellent organisational and communication skills A detail-focused and flexible approach to your work A willingness to learn and support team-based, collaborative work Previous experience in a health setting or using hospital information systems is an advantage.
