Deliver and manage outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, profitability and strong people practices on your shifts Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to Comply with restaurant safety and security standards to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers Take responsibility and ownership for ensuring food safety is maintained to the highest standard throughout the restaurant Actively seek customer feedback to ensure an exception customer experience is achieved Working within a team to deliver the best quality, fastest experience for our customers Perks of being a part of our Team: Discounted Maccas (Yum!)You will receive our world-renowned training Flexible work hours, we offer shifts that fit around your life and commitments We are a diverse workplace and equal opportunity employer Our workplace is fun and welcoming QUALIFICATIONSManagement experience in hospitality and retail. Completion of Mc Donald’s management training program at a department level is preferable. Relevant Mc Donald’s department courses may be Developing the Leader in Me (DLM), previously known as IDM or ASM, or courses specific to the three departments; Customer Experience Course (CEC), People Performance Course (PPC), or Product Quality Course (PQC). A current first aid and fire training certificate is preferable.
