Completion of Mc Donald’s management training program at a department level is preferable. Relevant Mc Donald’s department courses may be Developing the Leader in Me (DLM), previously known as IDM or ASM, or courses specific to the three departments; Customer Experience Course (CEC), People Performance Course (PPC), or Product Quality Course (PQC). A current first aid and fire training certificate is preferable.
