St John’s College is a state integrated Catholic school for Y9–13 boys situated in the wonderful region of Hawke’s Bay. We are seeking a dynamic Senior Leader of Pastoral Care to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, collaborative leader with a proven track record in fostering student well-being and supporting staff growth. You will be passionate about setting high standards while always honouring the mana and dignity of everyone. With a commitment to building leadership capacity in others, you’ll inspire a culture of excellence, care, and empowerment across the school.
