What you’ll do:
As a Design Lead, you’ll be a senior in our design practice, leading design delivery on large-scale and high-impact projects. You’ll shape the design direction, guide teams through discovery and delivery, and collaborate closely with clients, producers, developers, and strategists to drive exceptional digital outcomes.
Your role will involve:
- Leading complex design engagements from end to end—setting the direction and ensuring quality execution
- Applying human-centred design methods to solve complex problems and co-design thoughtful solutions
- Facilitating UX research, workshops, and strategic conversations with senior stakeholders
- Mentoring designers and uplifting the overall quality and consistency of our design work
- Contributing to Catch’s internal design frameworks, tools, and systems
- Helping shape long-term design relationships with clients and supporting the growth of accounts
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
We're looking for an experienced digital designer who combines strategic thinking with exceptional craft and confidently leads others while remaining hands-on.
- 6+ years of experience in UX, UI, product, or service design roles
- Proven experience working in a digital agency or consultancy environment
- A strong portfolio demonstrating depth across research, design thinking, and high-fidelity interface design
- Experience leading end-to-end design on complex digital projects
- Great client engagement and facilitation skills—you’re confident guiding senior stakeholders
- Expertise in Figma and design systems, with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and interaction
- A collaborative mindset and passion for helping others grow.
