As a cooperative business, the ITM National Support office exists to support the members throughout New Zealand.
This exceptional role is all about execution, automation, and making sure every customer touchpoint lands exactly as it should.
A critical, hands‐on position, you'll be focused on executing and optimising the company's digital marketing and loyalty programs.
You will be instrumental in building and managing automated customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring precise and timely customer communications.
This is a superb role for an intermediate digital marketing executive looking to work with an outstanding leader and a down‐to‐earth, capable team.
About the role Loyalty & Programme Execution: Deliver and manage a national customer awards/loyalty program, including stakeholder support Digital Communications & Automation: Execute customer communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Build, deploy, and optimise automated customer journeys, manage audience segmentation and monitor journey and campaign performance Digital Platform & Continuous Improvement: Prioritisesupport resolution of any issues arising from Marketing Cloud, CRM, the ITM app and website.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned to digital engagement and loyalty delivery Role Term: Initially a full‐time 12‐month maternity cover contract, this is your opportunity to secure your place within the superb ITM support business and make your mark.
About you You bring Salesforce Marketing Cloud qualifications and relevant experience, including building and managing automated customer journeys.
This is a non‐negotiable element of this role You have 3-5 years experience in digital marketing and can point to achievements using your skills and initiative You have a strong background in customer communications and campaign delivery You have a high level of attention to detail with a structured, organised approach You have confidence working with data, audience segmentation and workflows You have a confident personality, able to liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners You have a practical, solutions‐focused mindset with the confidence to elevate situations when required You are comfortable in a fast‐moving environment where priorities can shift – this is a role where no two days will be the same!Benefits There are many benefits to joining the ITM business!
