About the role

We are looking for three Duty Managers for our new Orion Point Village based in Hudsonville. The positions provide quality and timely reception support for our residents, their families, and visitors.

You will be comfortable working sole charge on your own.

The role position and shift hours are as follows :

Full time 37.5 hours and part-time 16 hours per week

Shifts 7am - 3pm / 3pm - 11pm / 11pm - 7am

Some of the great things you will be doing :

1st responder for any emergency requirements

Providing Customer Service to our residents and visitors

Keeping the common areas clean and tidy; including mopping and vacuuming floors, set up and clean up for functions

Assisting the Village Manager in administration and liaison services for residents

Maintain the highest level of confidentiality

Have a "can do" attitude and amazing interpersonal skills

About you

You will be well presented with a bright bubbly personality, well-mannered and approachable. You will be a team player, resilient and customer focused.

And have a passion for supporting our Residents and Staff.

Current first aid certificate (ideal but not essential)

Excellent written and oral English skills

Physical fitness for cleaning

Attention to detail

Strong Microsoft office skills

Previous Customer service experience preferred
