Clothing Journey New Zealand – Auckland, North Island The Ecommerce Coordinator is responsible for the day‐to‐day management, trading and optimisation of the Moochi ecommerce website across New Zealand and Australia.
This role ensures products, promotions and campaigns are executed accurately and on time, while continuously optimising the website to drive conversion, customer experience, revenue growth and organic growth through SEO best practices.
Working closely with the Performance Manager and Digital Coordinator & Designer, this role plays a key part in delivering digital campaigns across all ecommerce touchpoints.

It has become an iconic New Zealand women's clothing brand, with 13 stores across the country and a strong online presence.
The Head Office is now based in Auckland with a team also in Sydney.

The overarching goal is to be the smartest fashion business with best‐in‐class KPIs from culture, operations, finance and most importantly customer loyalty.https://www.moochi.co.nz/ or https://moochi.au/Key Responsibilities Ecommerce Trading & Website Management Manage daily trading activity across ecommerce platforms (NZ & AU).
Execute product uploads, ensuring accuracy across pricing, content and merchandising.
Maintain and optimise product categorisation, collections and navigation.
Manage homepage and key landing pages to align with campaigns and trading priorities.
Continuously optimise the onsite customer journey to improve conversion and engagement.
Promotions & Campaign Execution Execute promotional campaigns onsite including discounting, landing pages and merchandising.
Ensure all campaigns/promotions are accurately set up and tested.
Work closely with the Digital Campaign Manager to align website execution with campaign strategy.
Ensure all campaign assets are uploaded and displayed correctly across the website.
Merchandising & Product Optimisation Manage product merchandising across collections and site navigation.
Optimise product visibility based on trading performance and stock levels.
Support product launches and seasonal drops with accurate and timely execution.
Ensure product pages are optimised for conversion, including imagery, descriptions and UX.
SEO Management Maintain technical SEO best practices across the website.
Support on‐page SEO optimisation including product descriptions and metadata.
Assist with ongoing SEO improvements to drive organic traffic and visibility.
Agency & Development Management Coordinate with external agencies and developers on ecommerce improvements.
Participate in weekly WIPs and ensure tasks are actioned and delivered.
Support testing and deployment of website updates and new functionality.
Analytics & Reporting Support weekly trade reporting across ecommerce performance.
Monitor key ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV and revenue.
Identify opportunities to improve website performance and customer experience.
Cross‐Team Collaboration Work closely with the Digital Campaign Manager to ensure campaigns are executed effectively onsite.
Collaborate with the Digital Coordinator & Designer to ensure all assets are delivered and implemented correctly.
Align with brand and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Key Skills & Experience Essential1–3 years experience in ecommerce or digital marketing.
Experience managing a shopify website.
Strong attention to detail with experience managing product uploads and website content.
Understanding of ecommerce merchandising and trading principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
Desirable Experience working within retail or fashion.
Basic understanding of SEO and website optimisation.
Experience working with external agencies or developers.
Understanding of ecommerce analytics and performance metrics.
