Here you will: Take a holistic approach to centre management – and you know that people are at the heart of everything – and most especially world-class ECE. You love building and working with teams that share your vision of outstanding outcomes for children. This will involve applying your guiding hand to everything from great team environments and team culture, learning environments, centre presentation, compliance and regulatory requirements and sustaining outstanding family/whānau and community relationships. Be a role model for all of your people, your passion for ECE, encouraging approach and genuine interest in the development of others, will inspire and elevate the performance of your team — and the centre overall. Someone whose rich experience and depth of knowledge and experience in ECE, can provide the guidance and support to ensure the highest quality ECE services for our families.Hold current ECE Teacher registration, you’ll have proven people leadership experience, backed by a strong track-record across the other key elements that are critical to operating a wonderful centre.
