Mō te tūnga | About the role
Come and join our vibrant team in this new role where you'll be working in the People and High-Performance team and providing high quality, legally robust and best-practice people advice to People Leaders within the supported Business Group(s) on all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle.
You will participate in position management and workforce planning, performance management, and apply your generalist HR experience to support the delivery of the HR work and change management programmes.
Always looking for better ways of working to share ideas and best practices with others in the People and High-Performance team to improve overall performance.

You will be an efficient and effective HR Professional that builds relationships with key stakeholders and provide pragmatic HR advice and support. Experience in providing positive, resilient, practical trusted partnering along with a healthy sense of humour.
Some other key requirements of the role include but not limited to:
Understand HR best practice, process and policies
An exceptional eye for detail
Working knowledge of current NZ employment law and HR practices
Ability to deliver clear messaging to different audiences
Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture.

Annual remuneration for this position starts between $106,416 and $117,782 dependant on experience.
