Our kaupapa is one of open communication, meaningful relationships, and respect. In essence Te Whāriki is enacted for both our kaiako and tamariki. We support kaiako to use their strengths, be it practical or theoretical daily to fill their 'buckets'. Responsibilities You should have: Proven experience working with preschoolers, implementing respectful care and practice Ability to understand our tamariki and their interests, as well as fun and creative ways of extending their learning Exceptional time management skills, with the flexibility to adapt your day as required Great planning and assessment skills – facilitating positive outcomes for tamariki is central Skills, knowledge, and abilities to be responsive to diverse tamariki needs A NZ recognised teaching qualification in ECE or primary and current teachers' registration.
