At Best Start, we are recruiting Reliever Teachers to join our Waikato Reliever Team.
Our team plays a vital role in supporting centres across the region, ensuring every tamariki receives the best learning experience. As a teacher with Best Start, you’ll have the opportunity to make an impact, inspire young minds, and contribute to their learning journey.
About the Role
As a Reliever Teacher, you will seamlessly integrate into our centres, working alongside dedicated staff. Your role includes:
Embracing variety – Work across multiple centres in vibrant Waikato. Whether you live in Hamilton, Cambridge, Morrinsville or Te Aroha, we have centres near you! Using your initiative – Support learning environments and enhance experiences.
Making a difference – Engage with tamariki and contribute to their development.
What You Need NZ ECE or Primary teaching qualification (BEd/Grad Dip – Level 7 or higher)
Current NZ Teacher Registration (Provisional or Full)
NZQA endorsement (if applicable, for overseas qualifications) confirming Level 7 or higher
Valid work eligibility in New Zealand
