Overview Be part of the Electrical and Instrumentation design team supporting and delivering complex electrical designs for projects ranging from the upgrading of critical water infrastructure to large industrial decarbonisation projects across Beca’s Water and Industrial business and projects. Key Responsibilities Delivering electrical and instrumentation design for industrial, energy, water and wastewater projects3 D modelling of electrical assets in a multi-disciplinary BIM environment CAD drafting and leadership of other drafters to deliver high quality drawings for our clients Collaborate with Mechanical/Process engineers to deliver plans for construction Support project teams with documentation, revisions and coordination of drawings/models Establishing & maintaining design templates and drawing standards About You To be successful in this role, you will be an Electrical or Mechatronics Engineer looking to make a difference with a passion for project delivery excellence. You love to learn, be pragmatic, share knowledge and are someone who can bring a fresh perspective. You will also have an enquiring mind and be able to problem-solve and think laterally. You are a qualified Engineer with a passion and good problem-solving skills. You have grown your technical design and project experience through working on projects for water, heavy industrial, food and beverage processing facilities, or related industrial sites. Experience working on-site building relationships with operations teams will be an advantage.
