About The Role The position contributes to the vision and mission and strives for continuous improvement in all that we do.

Key Responsibilities Include Maintain Plant Plant and equipment preventative maintenance, new plant installation Fabricating stainless steel/carbon steel items.
Ensuring that engineering works are undertaken in compliance with statutory, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements and company standards.
Actively involved in company health and safety improvement programs.
Working in confined spaces including sumps and wine tanks.
Work to a high standard to ensure plant efficiency and machine uptime is maintained.
Working at heights including tank tops, roofs etc using approved fall arrest or fall restraint techniques.
Assist in the development and review of maintenance procedures Identify plant improvements Ensure service provided meets internal service agreement Ensure compliance with applicable standards/ legislation Record keeping and reporting of activities performed within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)Understand, adhere to and continually improve work instructions Understand and adhere to departmental procedures What You'll Bring We have a wide variety of roles that align with your skill set, including light fabrication, welding, machining, and extensive plant maintenance.
