The Performance and Evaluation team are looking for someone who is computer savvy and highly motivated to join them.

As an integral part of the team, you will provide individual training and education evaluation support to the various schools and learning providers within Devonport Navy Base, supporting impact evaluation projects nationwide.

Your main tasks will involve: Conducting evaluation planning.

Implementing evaluations and reporting results using the in-house computer survey system.

Ensuring all data entry is complete and details on the system are up to date.

Other general administrative tasks as required.

This role is based in Devonport Naval Base.

Once you have undergone training and are up to speed, there is the option for flexibility working arrangements.

You'll know your way around the Microsoft office suite of applications, be highly confident using Excel to an intermediate or advanced level and be able to quickly learn new IT systems.

You will be highly organised and proactively manage your own workload to ensure all deadlines are met.

You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and be able to provide excellent evaluation support.

You will be a team player who builds positive working relationships and has a 'can do attitude to helping and supporting the team and NZDF customers.
