We are seeking an experienced, organised and proactive professional to provide executive support to our Wellington-based immigration advisers, including those working with investor migrant clients.
The role is for a 12 month fixed term to cover paternity leave.
To succeed in this role you will have strong organisation capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, be confident in dealing with people from many different backgrounds, and have a friendly can‐do attitude.
You must enjoy working in a busy, dynamic team environment and take pride in producing consistently accurate work.
This is a wide-ranging, high‐trust position where you will be the first point of contact for Pathways and a key support for senior advisers.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting advisers with their client and visa application requirements including preparing agreements, drafting applications and correspondence, and with client and Immigration NZ communications Leading the phone and reception experience for the Wellington office Administering appointments, calendar reminders and key milestone dates Understanding our CRM and data management systems and protocols, and working closely with other support staff to maintain the integrity of all business information What you bring Experience as an executive assistant, client experience leader, office manager or similar Highly organised, efficient and calm under pressure Genuine warmth, clarity, and professionalism Ability and confidence to interact confidently across corporate, high net worth and personal clients from all countries Competent across Microsoft 365 and in navigating CRM systems Enjoy being the "go‐to" person who keeps things running smoothly Experience in immigration, legal, financial, or professional services is beneficial — but attitude, professionalism, and work ethic matter most.
