We're looking for a hands-on and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee our Auckland parking portfolio, ensuring every site operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of presentation and service.
About the Role Reporting to the Business Manager Operations – Parking (Auckland), this role is responsible for the day-to-day operation, performance, and profitability of multiple parking sites across the region.
You'll provide visible, proactive leadership — supporting on-site teams, managing contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering the seamless customer experience Wilson is known for.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the field, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of operational results.
What You'll Do Lead, support and motivate on-site staff across multiple parking locations Oversee daily operations to ensure sites meet presentation, safety, and performance standards Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with company and OH&S policies Manage budgets, expenses, and contribute to revenue growth opportunities Respond to and resolve operational or customer issues promptly and professionally Report on site performance, financials, and maintenance requirements Provide input on pricing, signage, and infrastructure improvements Be part of a rostered after-hours on-call team to support 24/7 operations About You You're a proactive, practical leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
You're equally comfortable managing people, analysing data, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.
