To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in a customer contact role
The ability to build relationships quickly
Personal resilience and a positive attitude
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability to change
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A Full NZ Driver License
