What You'll Do
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key part in supporting financial decision-making across the business. You'll deliver management information, business insights, and financial analysis to help shape planning, performance, and profitability.
From monthly business reviews to annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and business case development — your technical and commercial skills will be put to great use.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare for and support monthly business reviews, forecasts, and annual budgeting processes, including variance analysis and stakeholder communication.
Partner with the business to drive profitability by identifying revenue opportunities and cost efficiencies.
Promote business ownership of budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial controls are in place.
Monitor and report on financial performance against budgets, identifying risks and opportunities.
Support business case development with financial modelling and analysis.
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing, including ledger validation, journal processing, and reconciliations.

What You'll Bring
A tertiary qualification in Finance or a related field, with strong technical accounting and analytical skills. Experience with ERP systems like Net Suite, SAP, or similar is required.

Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail for accurate and timely reporting.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business performance drivers.
A solutions-focused approach with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
