At WSM Group, our vision is simple: Everyone, empowered to move – doing what they love. We're looking for an experienced Allied Health professional (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or equivalent) to service the Wellington Region community across our ACC community contracts.

Interdisciplinary Team Support – Collaborate with OTs, PTs, rehab coaches, and other professionals.
What You'll Do
Act as Keyworker across ACC-funded contracts including:
Training for Independence
Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW/BTW)
Pain Management Services
Concussion Services
Conduct assessments, build and coordinate interdisciplinary rehab plans, and liaise with ACC, GPs, clients, employers and whānau.
Work in community settings (home, school, workplace) or clinic-based depending on client needs.
Provide excellent written documentation and communication as part of the client's rehabilitation journey.
What You'll Need
New Zealand registration and current APC in your allied health profession.
Experience in one or more of: community rehab, concussion, pain management, vocational rehab, paediatric rehab.
Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience required; supervision is available for clinicians newer to ACC contracts.
A passion for working collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.

Full NZ driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
