Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity The Integration and Delivery team has a clear mission: to provide robust support and continuous improvement to both existing and new applications, spanning clinical and corporate realms. Our focus is on optimising workflow, ensuring systems are responsive, intuitive to use, and easy to access.At the helm of the Integration and Delivery function are the Group Managers, who hold key relationships with internal and external partners. This collaborative approach ensures the alignment of demand and delivery, ultimately resulting in an end-to-end service for all stakeholders. Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region. As a member of the Integration and Delivery team, you'll play a crucial part in advancing our commitment to seamless integration, enhanced services, and a holistic approach to digital solutions. Join us in shaping the future of healthcare technology and making a meaningful impact on the delivery of services across the board.Mōu | About youAs the Group Manager, Integration and Delivery – Te Waipounamu, you will play a strategic role in achieving the objectives of the reform objectives and the embodiment of Te Pae Tata's vision. You will stand as a bridge, seamlessly connecting the existing distributed application portfolio that underpins both the administrative and clinical capacities of Healthcare Delivery. A top priority will be collaborating with colleagues across Te Aka Whai Ora and Te Whatu Ora to drive the execution of agreed health delivery priorities. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the ongoing development of the roadmap for existing clinical and corporate platforms. As a visionary, you will lead the charge in promoting standardization and consolidation of the application estate, unlocking the true potential of digital innovation within the healthcare delivery community. Working closely with the Regional Group Managers, Chief Clinical Informatics Officer (CCIO) and the Service Improvement and Innovation teams, you will ensure alignment, prioritise enhancements, and address clinical and innovation needs. While also holding key vendor relationships and driving the commercial and financial performance of contracts in alignment with organizational goals. This position calls for an individual who is both a strategic thinker and an adept executor, someone who can navigate complex partnerships and streamline processes. Your leadership will empower teams, elevate standards, and contribute to the broader mission of transformative change.Preference will be given to applications of significantly affected Kaimahi through the change process.Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience Minimum 10 years leading a high performing team and previous experience in large and complex organisations Proven experience developing and delivering roadmaps and managing associated financials Proven experience in successfully developing and maintaining a structured approach to managing a wide range of stakeholder and professional relationships both internally and externally Proven experience successfully leading large diverse teams through change and achieving improved results while navigating a highly nuanced and complex system Strong business acumen and well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. Significant experience at an executive level of Data & Digital delivery within large public facing multi-faceted or complex environments with multiple consumer and political interests and expectations, ideally within Health Ka kawea e koe | You will bring: A commitment to being a good Te Tiriti partner in all your actions.
