Job Description You’ll be joining a committed team at our largest New Zealand site, located in our Mangere office.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused with excellent communication skills, attention to detail and be self-motivated, along with the following attributes: Deliver excellent customer service with both internal and external customers.
Demonstrate a strong mechanical understanding of HVAC equipment specifically VRF, DX and water cooled products.
Interpret tender documentation, schematic diagrams, and schedules to select relevant equipment that maximizes sales opportunities and ensures compliance.
Pursue pricing with proposals, tender submissions, and quotations.
Provide sales support by developing and maintaining effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Process, administer and review orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications What you will bring to the role: 2 to 4 years Customer Service Experience in HVAC or similar discipline.
Understanding engineering drawings and specifications such as interpreting mechanical, electrical, pipework, controls, duct layouts and VRF requirements.
Experience in commercial equipment application, operation and design.
Exposure to design specifications.
Formal HVAC or Engineering qualifications preferred but not essential.
Natural go-getter and forward thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, effortlessly building strong relationships and fostering teamwork.
