We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Asset Portfolio Coordinator to join our small yet mighty team in either Sydney or Auckland. Key goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with our valued partners.
Manage contract activities from client notifications to asset disposal and contract finalisation.
Ensure timely and efficient returns within set timeframes and service levels.
Oversee general portfolio administration and resolve account queries.
Prepare and support buyout, extension, and rewrite requests.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage and finalise assets effectively.
Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Undertake cash and stock reconciliations, and profitability analysis.

You have strong interpersonal skills and can build lasting relationships.
You bring good commercial awareness and strong numerical skills.
You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
You are highly organised and have excellent time management skills.
You thrive in multitasking and perform well under pressure.
You have a keen attention to detail and a natural problem-solving mindset.
You have experience in process improvement and systems management (a plus).
You have experience and/or a strong interest in equipment finance, asset management, or portfolio management.
