GO Social events Staff referral bonus Long Service bonus Employee Assistance Program (counselling) Reporting to the Area Manager, you will collaborate closely with the team to ensure they receive continuous training and the skill development necessary for achieving outstanding NPS results and Sales Targets.
Additionally, you will manage the branch during the Area Manager’s absence or on scheduled days off.
Your core responsibilities: Motivating and managing the team to achieve and exceed expected NPS results.
Training and development of staff.
Undertake the on-boarding of new team members.
Assist with Recruitment of staff.
Look for opportunities to generate new Branch revenue.
Work with the team to achieve sales targets.
Implement and train staff on the GO Rentals' procedures.
Deal with customer bookings and handle any complaints.
Administration and relevant reporting data and analysis.
