About the role: An Assistant Design Manager typically has several years of experience and is working towards professional accreditation such as CPEng or registration as an Architect.

They will oversee project delivery in line with the Preformance Management Process, contributing to successful project outcomes both technically and financially.
The role also involves supporting Preformance's sustainability initiatives.
The Assistant Design Manager will work towards achieving Homestar & Greenstar accreditations and may lead sustainability efforts, including preparing submissions for projects.
