The Role

We are looking for two dynamic Business Account Managers who will be driven to increase our market share while maintaining strong and supportive partnerships with our existing client base across the Auckland territory.
Your main responsibilities will include –
Analysing relevant sales information and market data to identify potential business growth.
Developing mutually beneficial business relationships with potential customers, creating success through presentations that demonstrate our value proposition.
Supporting our existing customers to maximise their business opportunities through genuine consultation to their business and identifying opportunities to engage with sales and marketing initiatives and our value-add services.
Providing an all-round excellent customer experience through regular contact with clients, strong follow through on requests and commitments, and working closely with other Covetrus employees to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About You
To be successful you will have;
Have 3+ years sales experience and a track record of meeting targets, ideally in a similar Business Account Manager role.
Be self-motivated and target driven (“hunter” mentality) with an ethical working mindset.
Have demonstrated experience using data and taking an analytical approach in client meetings.
Be tech savvy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and comfortability in using a Sales CRM.
Have strong communication and influencing skills, allowing you to understand customer needs, create solutions and negotiate where necessary while maintaining trusted relationships.
Demonstrate strong business acumen.
Be a resilient and positive team member who strives to achieve operational and strategic deliverables in a complex environment with shifting priorities.
A current drivers license and the ability to travel as required.
