Your Role & Impact

Develop, implement, and monitor key account plans to drive distribution and growth.
Create account plans with sales, volume, and share targets aligned with overall business objectives.
Build sustainable, profitable relationships with key accounts and external partners for long-term growth.
Track critical metrics to ensure compliance with global and local governance standards.
Manage end-to-end business-critical projects, including scoping, partner alignment, and tracking progress.
Analyze sales and market trends, providing actionable recommendations to optimize strategies.
Collaborate across functions to foster innovation, streamline processes, and implement creative strategies.

What You Bring

A tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or related field; experience in account/category management is preferred.
A passion for data, strategy, and market insights to enhance performance.
Strong understanding of commercial finance and marketing principles, especially regarding account profitability.
A collaborative, data-driven approach with excellent communication skills.
Experience in FMCG, retail, or emerging categories is advantageous.
Proven success in building partnerships with key accounts and industry stakeholders to understand market trends and develop solutions.
