The role: As a result of expansion, we're excited to offer a newly created Charge Nurse Manager position. This role will lead the staged opening of a new short stay unit (SSU). The SSU incorporates pre and post cardiac investigations unit (CIU), and post-op Surgical Patients from day stay to 48 hours length of stay. This is a permanent 1.0 FTE role working primarily Monday to Friday days. About us: We're part of the Healthcare Holdings Group of companies and we're New Zealand's largest private surgical facility with 25 theatres across 3 sites. Our surgical specialties include: Orthopaedic/Spinal, Head & Neck, ENT/ORL, Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Colorectal/Gastro, Gynae, Urology, Neurology, Oncology, & reconstructive Plastics (incl free flaps). Our clinical services include ICU & HDU.
