What We Look For While previous experience leading groups is a bonus, what truly matters is your passion, energy, and ability to create unforgettable experiences. However, the following will be highly regarded: Experience leading or managing groups Confidence in speaking in front of a crowd Basic accounting skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel Previous travel experience in New Zealand Having previously travelled with Contiki or on a group tour Eligibility Be a New Zealand citizen or resident (or hold a valid NZ work visa)Be available to attend an in-person interview in Auckland or Christchurch (virtual interviews are not available for this role)Be available for our Contiki Training Trip, which begins in May/June - Date TBCWhat Happens Next?Once we review your application, you’ll receive an email update.
