Qualifications for Finance Manager:

Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in financial management and have chartered accountant qualification.

Must have experience in implementing enterprise resource planning systems.

Ability to work in the farming and agricultural sector.

Previous experience in creating and running MS Word, MS Office, and Power BI reports.

Responsibilities for Finance Manager:

Ability to improve processes and identify and implement efficient practices.

Ability to manage multiple bank accounts simultaneously.

Proven ability in a leadership role and capability to engage, support, and motivate a team.
