In this unique 'dual' position, you will have a particular focus on ensuring high quality financial analysis and insights, planning and decision support is delivered to both to the Southern Cross Health Insurance and Pet Insurance businesses. You'll enjoy the challenge of working in an innovative, agile environment and are comfortable working with competing priorities, as you'll be providing financial leadership to both the Southern Cross Health Insurance and Pet Insurance Leadership Teams. Key to achieving this, is leading a team to deliver insights into the drivers of the business and supporting stakeholders with their key strategic challenges and opportunities. You will be responsible for the preparation of insightful Board papers and presentations for both internal and external audiences. About youAn inspiring people leader, with proven experience building high performance teamsAn experienced senior business partner with excellent influencing and communication skills and experience partnering at an executive levelSkilled in applying strategic thinking and foresight regarding market changes, technology changes and customer expectations and the ability draw conclusions and recommendations from these to enhance business performance and achieve strategic objectivesSkilled in data analysis, modelling and business intelligence tools to draw insights and a demonstrated ability to communicate these clearly at the executive and board level.?Ngakau nui.
