Management Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of associates, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth. New Business Generation and Client Retention:Develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition while maintaining strong client relationships. Budget Management:Oversee budgetary aspects to ensure efficient financial operations. Representation in the Insurer/Third Party Provider Market:Act as a key representative of LCNZ in the insurer and third-party provider market, building and maintaining vital relationships. Expansion of LCNZ Services:Drive the expansion of LCNZ services across all lines to cater to the diverse needs of clients and prospects. Client Service Delivery:Ensure exceptional client service delivery, understanding client needs, and exceeding expectations. Quality Control:Monitor and maintain the accuracy and quality of work products. Tender Submission Leadership:Lead, participate in, and review tender submissions to secure business opportunities. Policy and Procedure Adherence:Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures. Staff Development:Support the professional development of staff through regular reporting and other initiatives as needed. What We're Looking For: IBANZ qualification status of minimum QIB level.
