What You'll Do
Bringing your wealth of experience in kicking goals and motivating sales teams, you will lead our national sales efforts with strategic vision and practical execution. From crafting and implementing innovative sales strategies to mentoring your team to exceed expectations, your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and market expansion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll align on goals, cultivate strong client relationships, and position Delmaine Foods as a market leader.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a people-focused leader with a proven track record in national sales leadership within the Food or FMCG industry. You'll be a strategic thinker who thrives on inspiring teams and building lasting client relationships. Additionally, you will also bring...
Deep Sales Knowledge:
A strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and tactics.
Market Insight:
Knowledge of market trends, consumer behaviour, and the competitive landscape.
Marketing Savvy:
Familiarity with various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
Leadership Excellence:
The ability to motivate and guide teams to deliver exceptional results.
Experience in marketing or Mediterranean food categories is a bonus but not essential.
