Job Description


We have an exciting opportunity for an  Accounts Payable Officer  to join our Corporate Finance team in our world-class, waterfront  Auckland CBD  office.

We are looking for a motivated professional to perform a wide range of duties to support the finance team.

The value you'll add

Manage invoice and expense management systems and workflows
Recharge and process invoices through SAP Concur System
Perform supplier reconciliations
Administer the expense claim process via SAP Concur
Post automatic payment journals and bank reconciliations
Answer accounts queries
Assist with the property marketing accounting function
Support the team to ensure success


Qualifications


3+ years in a similar role
Experience in financial systems, especially SAP Concur, and working with chart of accounts
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
