The Customer Engagement unit leads data-driven customer engagement orchestrated across channels. It comprises several specialist teams who work alongside other units of BNZ to design and advance the customer experience. This is a diverse team that has expertise in data analysis, marketing automation, personalisation of communications and decisioning.

We are looking for a Head of Customer Engagement Development & Enablement to lead a team to build and implement BNZs capability in data driven customer engagement across channels utilising always on Next Best Actions 'NBAs' and Campaigns.

The role will lead the technology and data transformation and key operational capabilities to manage customer engagement at BNZ.

This role will also work closely with the Technology unit, and wider BNZ colleagues to develop and deliver data-driven customer engagement to drive better customer outcomes and deliver a strong return on marketing and communications investment.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years' experience in customer experience or customer engagement disciplines as well as proven experience in leading strategic technology programmes and change initiatives with achievement of customer and business outcomes.

Other skills include:
Experience in leading high visibility transformation within data driven customer engagement operations.
Proven track record in leading a team and creating a high-performance culture.
Experience with implementing marketing automation platforms, customer decisioning and interaction management, and customer data management and integration.
