About the opportunity The National Business Manager - Distributor is responsible for the further development of a defined set of channels and customers whilst leading a team of Account Managers and executives to deliver strategy and ensure alignment within Fonterra. In this role you will be focused on the development and execution of channel strategy by ensuring the team are set-up for success to meet both short and longer-term business objectives through inspirational leadership and direction.  In addition, you will also: Identify, develop, and drive strategic objectives across the channel Target growth of existing business and new business opportunitiesDevelop and maintain key relationships with the customers that underpin the targeted business growth and long-term relationshipManage, inspire, and motivate Distribution team to achieve team and individual goals  About you  We are looking for a natural leader and influencer, who has the presence to drive teams and work through complex situations and think strategically about every situation they approach.  With demonstrated success in developing, and executing channel strategy and delivering exceptional financial results, you will hold the ability to lead a team and influence customers to drive incremental value growth across the distributors channel.  In addition, you will have: Previous experience working with Foodservice distributorsIdeally dairy and/or foodservice industry experience Passion for developing talent and building capabilities both internally and externally  This is an excellent opportunity to increase foodservice breadth and have an impact on business strategy like no other!
