About The Role As the Country Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between the brand and its dealer network. Your responsibilities include strategy development and operational execution aligned with the brand's overall goals, with a specific focus on sales and network business plans tailored to New Zealand. You will coordinate resources within NZ and leverage support from the brand's Australian HQ to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership and Strategy Establish annual sales and network business plans Drive volume and market share growth Develop sales regions and explore new channel opportunities Forecast monthly targets and strategize to meet sales objectives Dealer Network Development Plan current and future dealership openings Define network ownership and control policies Maintain brand standards across the network Review dealer performance and implement training programs Customer Experience & Brand Representation Enhance retail and service experiences for customers Ensure brand standards are upheld through training Adopt best practices in customer relationship management Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for business success Lead and develop a high-performing team Foster collaboration across departments Qualifications and Experience Senior management experience in automotive sales or network oversight Deep understanding of the Australian and New Zealand automotive markets Proven success in sales growth and dealer network expansion Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior How to Apply Submit your CV in Word format via the APPLY tab.
